Do you have an image in back ground you'd like to
stay put? You will need to add a background properties attribute to the
body tag where you have put the attribute for your background image. This
will give you the illusion of the page contents moving as you scroll over
a static or immobile wallpaper.
Use a body tag like the following:
Where the yourimage.gif is the gif or jpg you are using as a background
on the page and the bgproperties is fixed so it is not going to scroll!
